Fellowship 2026 brought together 1,072 fellows for three months, across two paths: Full Stack AI Engineering and Data Engineering. When it ended, we asked fellows what they had built, what they had solved and where it had taken them. This report shares what they told us.
| What fellows did | Total |
|---|---|
| Projects built | 474 |
| LeetCode problems solved | 5,860 |
Where it led them
131 fellows took at least one of these paths. Some took more than one.
| Path | Fellows |
|---|---|
| Secured an internship | 79 |
| Cleared interviews | 61 |
| Landed a job | 21 |
| Contributing to open source | 38 |
| Working as freelancers | 32 |
What they built
- E-commerce stores were the most common build, many of them on the MERN stack.
- Real estate apps and learning management systems, full stack, with authentication, roles and dashboards.
- AI features: chatbots and assistants, RAG systems and agents, from the Full Stack AI Engineering path.
- Data pipelines and warehouses, from the Data Engineering path.
- First builds such as weather apps, task managers and portfolios, where many fellows started before moving on to bigger projects.
Beyond the code
The fellowship was never only technical. Alongside projects and DSA, fellows logged their talks, reading and reflection every week.
| Beyond the code | Total |
|---|---|
| Mindset talks | 673 |
| Spiritual talks | 659 |
| Dinner engineer talks | 370 |
| Articles read | 834 |
| Pages of reflection written | 454 |
| Recorded DSA sessions watched | 837 |
| Live engineering sessions attended | 442 |
Recorded sessions were the format most fellows found effective, because they could learn at their own pace.
How fellows rated it
| Rating | Score |

What comes next
Fellowship 2026 has ended, and the next Fellowship opens next summer. Until then, read what comes next and how to stay involved, or see Fellowship 2026 by the numbers for who was selected.
Looking back further? The Fellowship 2025 impact report shows where this started.
All numbers are self-reported in the end-of-fellowship survey, August to September 2026. Each fellow is counted once, and a path counts only on a clear yes.
